I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Every body is different — and every stage of life brings new challenges. My training style is built around safe, effective, and sustainable methods developed over 60 years of personal practice.
All sessions are personalised based on your current abilities, fitness goals, and lifestyle — whether you’re just getting started or looking to regain mobility and strength after a long break.

Personal Training for 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+
Tailored 1-on-1 training sessions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall fitness — all while reducing your risk of injury.
Includes:
• Strength & resistance training
• Balance and fall prevention exercises
• Mobility and flexibility work
• Core and posture strengthening
• Nervous system activation
Fees
SGD 100/hr for an Individual session
SGD 200/hr for Group sessions up to 4 persons (SGD 50 per person)

Short daily routines to improve flexibility, joint health and posture. Perfect if you’re looking for something low-impact yet effective.

Fitness is just one piece of the puzzle. I’ll also share tips on nutrition, daily movement, recovery, and how to build lasting habits — all tailored to real life, not theory.
Where & How We Train
Sessions can be done in your home, your condo gym, or outdoors — depending on your comfort and convenience. I bring the equipment if needed.
